What Is My Order Status?Updated a year ago
To check the status of your order, go to Orders. Your order will be in one of the following statuses:
Please note that if part of your order has not yet arrived, it is likely there is a second tracking number linked to your order. To locate your additional tracking number(s), you can view Orders while logged into your account or chat with our virtual assistant.
Awaiting Fulfillment: We are currently processing your order and preparing it for the trek to its new home! When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Partially Shipped: Part of your order has left our warehouse. The remainder of your order should be shipping out very soon, unless a backorder date is stated on your invoice.
Shipped: Your order has started its journey to its destination! Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Pending/Incomplete: An authorized charge from Solo Stove has not been collected. Any pending charges on your account will fall off within 30 days. Please place your order again, preferably with a different payment method.
